  • Collection: Collection starts on the last day of your booking from 5 PM.
  • Setup: Designed primarily for grass surfaces, but also suitable for hard surface indoor only

Maintenance:

All castles are inspected and cleaned after each use and tested for safe use annually.

Usage Guidelines (User Number and Height Limits):

  • Height up to 1.0m: Maximum of 6 kids
  • Height up to 1.25m: Maximum of 5 kids
  • Height up to 1.5m: Maximum of 4 kids
  • Height up to 1.7m: Maximum of 3 kids

Important Setup Instructions:

  • Surface Requirements: Ensure the area where the castle is placed is flat and has clean grass.
  • Clearance Guidelines:
    • Back of the castle: Minimum clearance of 2.0 meters
    • Front of the castle: Minimum clearance of 2.5 meters
    • Each side of the castle: Clearance of 1.0meters on each side
    • Access: Clearance of 1 meter
  • Obstruction-Free Zone: Ensure there are no branches or trees hanging over the area.
  • Additional Safety Measures: If the front of the castle is near a hard surface (e.g., concrete slab or paving), please inform us in advance as extra safety mats will be required.
  • Entrance/Exit Safety: Ensure the entrance and exit are not near steps or curbs and remain on level ground. They must stay clear at all times for safe access.
  • If the setup location has nearby steps, kerbs, or any other potential hazards, please inform us in advance so we can discuss alternative placement or additional safety measures.
  • Wind Safety: If wind speeds exceed 38 km/h, the air blower must be turned off until speeds drop. Use your phone’s weather app to monitor this.
  • Adult Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times while the castle is in use.

  • This rental is available for private and residential settings.
  • For setups on public grounds, schools.. (e.g., a public green area outside of a residential setting), please contact us in advance before booking.
