1. How to Book Your Castle

• Visit Our Website:
  Go to www.bouncycastlelaois.com and review the guidelines provided.

• Start the Booking Process:

  • Click on the BOOK NOW button.
  • Select your desired castle by clicking on Select your castle.
  • Choose your required date/year.
    – If the castle is available, a small deposit (minimum of €50) will be requested.

• If Your Choice Isn't Available:

  • Continue browsing the available castles until you find one that suits your needs, or call us to discuss alternative options.

2. Booking Notice & Availability

• Booking Time Frame:
  We are flexible! However, please book as soon as possible to secure your preferred castle, especially during high-demand seasons.
• Advance Booking:
  You can book anywhere up to 1 year in advance.

3. Pricing

• Cost Details:
  All pricing information is available on our website. Prices vary based on:
  • Castle setup requirements.
  • Seasonal demand.

4. Types of Castles

• Range of Options:
  We offer a wide selection of bouncy castles, obstacle courses, disco domes, combi units and super slides suitable for all ages. New castles are added annually.

5. Setup Requirements

• Surface:
  Ensure you have a flat, preferably grassy, and clean area free of sharp objects. This is necessary for a safe setup.

• Space Needed:

  • Front: Minimum of 7 feet.
  • Sides & Rear: Minimum of 5 feet clearance on all sides.
    Make sure the area is clear of any garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish, etc. (Note: A sandbag surcharge may apply in some gardens.)

6. Payment Details

• Deposit:
  A minimum deposit of €50 is required. Payment is primarily made through our website during the booking process.

7. Weather Contingency

• In Case of Rain:
  Most of our inflatables have a built-in rain cover to protect against light showers. For heavy rain or unsuitable conditions, you can reschedule your booking.

8. After Booking

• Confirmation:
  Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
• Pre-Event Contact:
  A few days before your event, we will contact you to confirm the delivery day and time.

9. Additional Services

• Power Supply:
  If your location does not have access to power, we can supply a generator.

• Inflation/Deflation:
  You do not have to leave the castle inflated overnight. Our delivery team will show you how to deflate and reinflation it safely.

• Cleanliness:
  All bouncy castles are thoroughly checked and cleaned in our warehouse before delivery.
